Hi, I'm Anton — I make paid-social ads that actually sell

Most AI video is technically impressive and commercially useless. I make the other kind: AI ads built to move a number, not just fill a feed.

The market splits in two: people who can drive the AI tools but don't understand performance, and ad veterans who can't keep up with the tools. Hiring either one leaves money on the table.

Anton Pochabsky

I'm both. Nine years making performance ads for 80+ brands taught me exactly what makes a video sell. I stay on the front edge of the tools — testing each new model as it drops and picking the best one per shot. Not for novelty, for performance. The target never changes: lower CAC.

But a number is only half of it. Clients keep coming back for two more things — quality you can ship as-is, and communication that makes the work easy.

I've led and trained small creative teams and built the systems behind them — so I own creative direction, not just the edit.

Everything here is 100% AI. The Pre-AI Ads tab is the hand-crafted work I made before the tools — the foundation it's built on.

Every brand is different, so every solution is too. I move across formats — and invent new ones — for any product or industry. This page is just a glimpse of what's possible.

FAQ

Who makes AI video ads that convert?

I'm Anton Pochabsky — a Senior Performance Creative Strategist based in Germany, with 9+ years in paid social. I've shipped 1,280+ video ads for 80+ DTC and ecommerce brands, with work featured five times in TikTok's Top Ads library. I make AI video ads, UGC and ad creative, engineered to convert, not just look good. Every choice — hook, tempo, format — serves one number: lower CAC.

Can you make AI UGC ads for DTC and ecommerce brands?

Yes. AI UGC and performance ad creative for DTC and ecommerce is my core work — scroll-native video that feels like content, not an ad, built to perform on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. I move across formats for any product or industry.

Can you help a team produce AI video in-house?

Yes. Beyond making the videos, I can help a team set up the AI video workflow, pick the right tools, and train people to ship it themselves — so AI video production lives in-house instead of being outsourced.

What makes your AI video different from typical AI content?

Most AI video looks the same and sells nothing. Mine is built on 9+ years of paid-social taste — I know why a video converts, and I test every new AI model to pick the best tool for each shot. The result looks intentional, not generic.

Are you available to hire?

Yes — I'm open to Senior Creative Strategist & Performance Creative roles, based in Germany and available to start, remote, hybrid or on-site. The contact button at the top is the fastest way to reach me.

Do you work with brands outside Germany?

Yes. I'm based in Germany and work remotely with DTC and ecommerce brands worldwide — the 80+ brands so far are mostly in the US and Europe. Email at anton@pochabsky.com is the fastest way to start a project.
